Strategically located close to the Vila Madalena Metro, the studio has access to several conveniences in the region, ideal for those who want to explore the city while working.
- The condominium has a 24-hour concierge.
- There are no child protection screens in the studio, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the location.
- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).
- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).
Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. In the same environment, we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, among others. Next, we have a dining table or home office with a chair.
The balcony is integrated into the studio, with an armchair, blackout curtains and glass windows for greater security, as well as a view of the condominium pool.
We also have a bathroom with gas shower, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.
We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with swimming pool, gym and bike rack.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

O apto atendeu todas minhas necessidades, é muito confortável e bem equipado, inclusive com passador de roupa a vapor. Tem ótima localização, metro pertinho, uma padaria gostosa ao lado e um pizzaria quase em frente.

You can find better.
I liked the bakery on the ground floor. I liked convenient and safe access to the metro. I liked the easy access to the social areas of Vila Magdalena.
It is a new building, appears with a modern design, but is less "robust" than older apartment buildings.
Upon arriving, 10 police officers were busy arresting two robbers. Well, I guess this is a metropolitan city... but you are not likely to see this in some other neighbourhoods. I would not choose this location unless I had a strong need to be in Villa Magdalena.
I have rented many properties in Sao Paulo. This was my worst check-in experience of any property I have stayed in. Very slow and unresponsive.
Beware that they charge a security deposit which in my case was 3 times the rent. This is the only property I have ever rented that charged me a deposit. It was returned a week later as promised but is an inconvenice (and a bit of an insult which you will not need to suffer elsewhere in the city).
The property is new, in fact the building is not completely finished yet. I was intermittent electricity for much of the stay (due to a local storm). This affected intermittently the internet service, TV and other utilties in the apartment. While the storm was outside of the property's control, just be aware that the building emergency power supply is not adequate to keep you insulated from the effects.
The toilet was blocked throughout. I received now response from the support line for 3 days, despite contacting the service repeatedly.
I would not stay here again, unless perhaps I had a pressing need to be close to this particular metro stop.

A localização é excelente. No prédio tem uma padaria que foi uma surpresa deliciosa e é ao lado de uma loja oxxo que facilita a vida.
