Located in a gated community with 24-hour security and leisure facilities, including a gym, workspace, and whirlpool tub, our 25m² studio with a built-in balcony accommodates two people.

We are located next to Jabaquara Avenue, offering shops, subway stations, and other amenities. We are also close to other attractions and amenities, such as Congonhas Airport, Ibirapuera Park, Cetrus Medical Education, São Paulo Expo, Saúde subway, and Plaza Sul and Santa Cruz shopping malls.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply).

The studio features soundproof glass windows and high-speed Wi-Fi, with the following layout:

- Kitchen equipped with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, mixer, electric coffee maker and kettle, natural and cold water filter, sandwich maker and other functional items for a comfortable stay.

- The studio features a double bed, Philco Smart TV with Roku, hot and cold air conditioning, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a steam iron.

- Built-in balcony with a table and chairs for dining or a home office, a padded stool, and blinds.

- Bathroom with a gas shower, bidet, and hairdryer.

Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a solarium with a hot tub and fire pit, a gym, and a coworking space. They will not be able to use the barbecue area. There is also an Oxxo supermarket next door.
