- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand to sign the vacation rental agreement and send valid ID with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport).

- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater security.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
