It is located in a strategic location close to the Eucaliptos subway and Shopping Ibirapuera, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

The studio environment is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.
In the same environment we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooktop stove, among others. It also has a bathroom, closet, table and chairs for home office or meals, Smart TV and balcony.
We also have air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.
We do not have a garage, but you can park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as: gym, heated pool, mini-market and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required
- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

Wonderful experience. Extended my stay twice this time.
Everything! Modern and secure property, comfortable rooms, amazing rooftop pool, gym and 360 degree view of the city.
Location is a little far from Metro stations but bus stops are 1 block away. Not a major issue though.
