Located in a modern condominium with 24-hour in person concierge, our 27m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and is a great option for those looking for practicality, comfort and a good location.

We are located in a privileged region on Avenida Santo Amaro, close to Ibirapuera Park and surrounded by amenities such as: restaurants, bars, business commerce, supermarkets and banks.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

Our apartment accommodates up to 3 people in a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed for one person in the living room. Both rooms have blackout curtains.

The living room is connected to the balcony, where we have a sofa and a table for dining or a home office. In the same room, we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooktop stove, among others. It also has a bathroom with an electric shower and cabinets.

We also have air conditioning, an electric oil heater, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV in the bedroom and living room.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to use parking nearby (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as a gym, bike rack, coworking, rooftop, common area in front of the entrance and a 24-hour convenience store.

Vila Nova Conceição has tree-lined, well-maintained, clean and bright streets. Great attractions are the proximity to Ibirapuera Park and the shops at the JK Iguatemi and Vila Olímpia malls. There is also a variety of restaurant options.

Close to bus stops, you can easily get to the main points of the city using public transport or using app-based transport, such as Uber. We are 1.7 km from the Moema subway (Line 5 - Lilac).
