With a 26m² space, our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. We're located in a gated community with a full leisure area and 24-hour security.

We're one block from the Adolfo Pinheiro subway station (Line 5 - Lilac) and across from Santo Amaro University, combining convenience and practicality in one location.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (fees apply).

The 26m² studio offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a privileged view of the city, and features the following layout:

- The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cooktop, range hood, water filter, electric coffee maker, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, cabinet, and a dining table with chairs.

- The studio comes with a wardrobe, a Samsung Smart TV, a desk with a work chair, a double bed, air conditioning, blinds, an iron and ironing board, and another table for dining or working, along with an integrated balcony with a sweeping city view.

- The bathroom offers a hairdryer and a gas shower.

We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a indoor pool, sauna, massage room, gym, solarium, and coworking space. They will not be able to use the party room or barbecue area.
