Our apartment is approximately 30m² and accommodates up to 3 people. We are located in a condominium with a 24-hour concierge service.

Right next to the building is the Boulevard Shopping mall, which offers various conveniences and shops to enjoy during your stay. We are also close to the Olhos D’Água and Água Mineral Brasília parks, where you can enjoy outdoor leisure activities.

- We provide a complete set of linens including sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and face towels.

- There are no child safety screens on the windows, but the apartment is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- We allow small pets, subject to a fee of R$100.00 per animal.

- We do not provide laundry facilities. It is possible to use a laundromat near the building (separate charges apply, payable directly at the laundromat).

- The building is currently undergoing facade renovations, which may cause noise during the day. ​​The renovations do not take place at night.

The apartment offers the following layout:

- Living room with a sofa bed, TV, and a table with a chair for a home office.

- Kitchen with essential items for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator, water filter, Italian coffee maker, among others.

- Suite with double bed, air conditioning, bedside lamps, wardrobe, iron, hairdryer and electric shower.

We provide one covered and designated parking space.

The guest will have free access to the condominium facilities.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips on leisure activities near the location.
