We are located in a private residential area in Itaquanduba, near downtown Ilhabela. Our house offers approximately 100 m² and accommodates four people in two suites.

Itaquanduba Beach is approximately 100 m away, while Engenho d'Água Beach is approximately 200 m away and offers idyllic views, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

- We provide a linen set with pillows, sheets, blankets, bath towels, and face towels. Beach towels are not provided.

- We allow small pets, subject to a fee of R$100.00 per pet (upon request).

- Access to the house requires climbing some stairs, and is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

- PLEASE NOTE: Because we are located in a residential complex, loud noise and parties are prohibited throughout the day, especially after 10 p.m. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to:

- A deck with a barbecue grill, a table and chairs, and a sweeping view of Ilhabela's ocean.

- A living room with sofas, a Smart TV, and a dining table.

- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, hood, microwave, and other appliances ideal for a comfortable stay, as well as a washer and dryer.

- A suite with a double bed, closet, and a power shower.

- A suite with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, a closet, and a power shower.

We also provide air conditioning in all rooms, an iron, a hairdryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two designated uncovered parking spaces in front of the house.

Guests will have free access to all areas of the condominium, including the shared pool.
