Our studio has approximately 27m² of space and accommodates up to 4 people in a double bed. The building offers a gym and 24-hour on-site security.
We are located next to the Brooklin subway station (Line 5 - Lilac) and Avenida Santo Amaro, where you can find various shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and more.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply).
With high-speed Wi-Fi, the studio offers the following amenities:
- Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, built-in cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric sandwich maker, filtered water at the sink next to the tap, blender, and other useful items for a comfortable stay.
- Accommodation with a double bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, desk for home office, hot and cold air conditioning, blinds, and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (additional charges apply).
The guest will have access to the condominium's gym. They will not have access to the party room, TV room, and coworking space.
The My Host Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips on leisure activities near the location.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the short-term rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loud music are prohibited after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.

A hospedagem foi muito boa. O studio é novo, limpo, bem decorado e equipado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é ótima, ao lado do metrô Brooklin, o que facilita muito a locomoção. O prédio tem mercado, academia e portaria 24h e o anfitrião foi atencioso e respondeu super rápido. Foi uma experiência excelente e certamente voltarei. Recomendo!
