- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set per stay will be provided. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

Upon entering the apartment, guests will find:

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the short-term rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loud music are prohibited after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- Pets are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The standard voltage in the apartment is 110V. There is a 220V outlet available below the workstation in the living room.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: gym and coworking space. Access to the party room is not included.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (separate charges apply, instructions for use are available on-site).
