Our modern studio apartment with a balcony accommodates up to 4 people in a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. The building offers a gym, swimming pool, and 24-hour concierge service.

We are located near Batman Alley, Oscar Freire Street, and Rebouças Avenue, where you can find various shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and more.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set per stay will be provided. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply).

- There is construction work on another building next to ours. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85dB may occur from 7 am to 7 pm, while noise levels of up to 59dB may occur from 7 pm to 7 am. On weekends and holidays, noise levels of up to 85dB may occur from 8 am to 2 pm, while noise levels of up to 59dB may occur from 2 pm to 8 am.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the short-term rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loud music are prohibited after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- ATTENTION: The balcony door only opens from the inside.
