We are strategically located 1km from Allianz Parque, one of the city's main venues for football matches, events, and concerts, and also close to Parque da Água Branca and the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, combining convenience and leisure in one place.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be contracted separately).
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply).
The well-decorated studio includes high-speed Wi-Fi and is arranged as follows:
- The kitchen has a mini-fridge, a built-in two-burner cooktop, a water filter, a microwave, a blender, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, an electric sandwich maker, and other useful items for a comfortable stay.
- The studio area features a wardrobe, a double bed, a single trundle bed (single bed under the double bed), a table for home office and meals, a Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, a garment steamer, and curtains.
- The bathroom offers a gas shower and a hairdryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (additional charges apply).
The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as the gym and the coworking space. They will not be able to use the party room or the barbecue area.
The My Host Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips on leisure activities near the location.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the short-term rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loud music are prohibited after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as the gym and coworking space. They may not use the party room or barbecue area.
