Our apartment features a spacious 38m² area and accommodates up to 3 people, in one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a single bed. The building offers a gym, coworking space, laundry facilities, and 24-hour concierge service.

We are located 500m from the São Paulo Aquarium and 1.5km from Independence Park, which houses the Zoology Museum and the Ipiranga Museum. We are also just 300m from the Santos Imigrantes metro station (Line 2 - Green).

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared laundry room. To use it, please go to the reception to check prices, make payment, and collect the access keys. Instructions for use are available on site.

We offer a comfortable and spacious room with the following layout:

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the short-term rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or passport).

- Noise and loud music are prohibited after 10 PM. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- Pets are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
