We are approximately 500m from the Oscar Freire metro station (Line 4 – Yellow) and next to Av. Rebouças, where you can find various shops, restaurants and bars.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply; instructions are available on site).
The studio offers high-quality Wi-Fi and has the following layout:
- The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk for home office, AIWA Smart TV, air conditioning, and steamer.
- The balcony has a dining table or home office, glass doors, blackout curtains, and soundproofing.
- The kitchen includes a refrigerator, blender, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, water filter next to the sink faucet, built-in 2-burner cooktop, sandwich maker, mixer, and other items to facilitate your stay.
- The bathroom has a gas shower and hairdryer.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to use nearby parking (at an additional cost).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: heated pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue areas and party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests may use the condominium's common areas, including the pool, gym, playground, playroom and coworking space. Access to the party room and barbecue area is not available.
- The condominium offers shared OMO laundry facilities (use subject to payment).
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, subject to verification of the unit.
