Our apartment accommodates up to 2 people and offers approximately 29m² of space. We have a complete leisure area and 24-hour on-site security in the building.

We are close to the main attractions of Vila Nova Conceição, such as the São Luiz Itaim Hospital and Ibirapuera Park, as well as sophisticated cafes and restaurants. The area offers tranquility and security as it is a residential neighborhood.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but there are railings on the balcony, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared laundry room (additional charges apply; instructions are available on site).

This cozy studio offers high-speed Wi-Fi and has the following layout:

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: gym, coworking space, swimming pool and mini-market. They will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.
