Our apartment is 90m² and is located in a condominium with 24-hour security, very close to the beach, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
We are located just 350m from São Lourenço Beach and 1.3km from Itaguaré Beach, making us the ideal option for leisure and convenience.
- We provide a complete set of linens including bath towels, face towels, bath mats, sheets, pillows, and blankets.
- The condominium offers beach service, including the setup of 1 beach umbrella and 6 beach chairs. The owner also provides 2 additional beach chairs in the apartment.
The apartment is quite complete and offers the following layout:

- Integrated gourmet balcony with barbecue, dining table with chairs, mini-fridge, and air conditioning.
- Fully equipped kitchen with the necessary items for a comfortable stay, such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooktop stove, extractor hood, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, water filter, sandwich maker, dishwasher, and a small service area with washer/dryer and clothesline.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the games room, swimming pool, sauna, gym, and hydro spa. They will not have access to the barbecue area or the gourmet area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the seasonal rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium provides beach service, with the setup of 1 parasol and 6 beach chairs. The owner also provides 2 more beach chairs in the apartment.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the games room, swimming pool, sauna, gym and hydro spa. You will not have access to the barbecue grill or the gourmet area.
- The apartment's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- We provide complete linens including bath towels, face towels, floor towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets.
- We provide 2 designated parking spaces.
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, subject to verification of the unit.
