- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

O apartamento fica no 15º andar e possui uma vista aberta do horizonte da cidade de São Paulo. O espaço é silencioso, bem distribuído e acomoda confortavelmente um casal ou até três pessoas. Estava bastante limpo na chegada, com roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, e tanto a cama quanto o chuveiro atenderam muito bem durante a estadia. O prédio conta com equipe cordial, o check-in foi rápido e organizado, e a garagem dispõe de serviço de manobrista, o que traz bastante comodidade. Não tive tempo de utilizar a academia, a piscina ou a lavanderia, mas as áreas comuns aparentavam estar bem cuidadas e em bom estado de manutenção. A localização é segura e permite fácil acesso a outras regiões da cidade.
