Our studio comfortably accommodates 2 people in a double bed and offers a space of 23m². We have a complete leisure area and 24-hour on-site security in the building.
We are located just 350m from the Tatuapé Shopping-Metro station and close to Piqueri Park and Radial Leste, which connects the east side of the city to the center, making it the ideal combination of leisure and convenience.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply; instructions are available on site).
Upon arrival, guests will have access to the following in the studio:
- A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances for a comfortable stay, including a cooktop stove, refrigerator, water filter, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, air fryer, 3 Corações capsule coffee machine, and more.
- A studio area with a double bed, steamer, ironing board, luggage rack, desk with chair for home office use, Smart TV, and air conditioning.
- An enclosed balcony with glass windows and blackout curtains, equipped with a chair and street view.
- A spacious bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).
The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.
