Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people in two double beds. It features high ceilings, a mezzanine, and a 30m² living space, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

The building has 24-hour security, offering added safety for guests. The location is strategic: near the Moema metro station (Line 5 – Lilac), next to Alvorada Hospital and just 1km from Ibirapuera Park, with easy access to restaurants, services and the city's main roads.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared laundry room (additional charges apply; instructions are available on site).

- Access to the apartment's bed requires climbing stairs; this is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon entering the space, guests will have at their disposal:

- A kitchen equipped with the most convenient items for a comfortable stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, blender, sandwich maker, electric kettle, among others.

- A living room with a sofa, Smart TV, and table with chairs for meals.

- A bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

- Upstairs, a mezzanine with a double bed.

- A bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning for the living room and kitchen, and another air conditioner for the bedroom and mezzanine, as well as an iron.

We provide one unassigned parking space inside the building.
