ATTENTION: We accommodate up to 9 people. Reservations must be made for 5 guests. From the 6th guest onwards, an additional fee of R$ 40.00 per person will be charged.

The apartment offers a space of 66m². We are located in a condominium with complete leisure facilities and 24-hour security.

Close to the Serra de Caldas Novas State Park, water parks, Singapura Shopping, bars, restaurants, markets and Piratas Themed Pizzeria. 5 minutes from the bus station.

- We provide complete linens including pillows, sheets, blankets, bath towels, and bath mats. We do not provide face or pool towels.

- Small pets are allowed (subject to consultation).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).

- A fee of R$10.00 per person is required to use and access the pool area. You will receive a wristband per person, valid for the entire stay. Payment is exclusively in cash.

- The condominium provides a bucket for transporting drinks from the apartment to the pool area. A security deposit of R$100.00 is required for the use of the bucket, which is returned after use if the bucket is undamaged.

Upon entering, guests will find:

- A fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances necessary for a comfortable stay, as well as a table and chairs for meals.

- A living room with a sofa and Smart TV, plus a small balcony overlooking the Serra das Caldas mountains, with a glass door and curtains.

- A suite with a double bed and hot/cold air conditioning.

- A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.

We also offer Wi-Fi, a shared bathroom, a hairdryer, and an iron.

We offer one designated, uncovered parking space. Additional parking spaces are available separately for an additional fee; please inquire about prices directly on site.

Guests will have free access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as heated and cold pools, sauna, hot tub, games room, and gym. They will not be able to use the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

Caldas Novas is one of the best-known tourist destinations in Goiás, famous for its thermal waters and welcoming climate. The property has easy access to the city center and is close to bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, bakeries, wine cellars, and pharmacies, as well as the Singapura Shopping mall and the Piratas Themed Pizzeria with all-you-can-eat pizza, one of the great new attractions in local tourism. With excellent infrastructure and hot springs year-round, it is the ideal destination for rest and relaxation.

It's easy to get around the city on foot or by car. You can also use ride-sharing apps like Uber.
