The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed and is fully equipped for daily use. The building has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge service.

We are located next to Largo da Batata and Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, which houses a business center along with Av. Rebouças, as well as several restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply).

Upon entering, guests will find:

- A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary items for a complete stay, including a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, sandwich maker, blender, and more.

- In the studio area: a double bed, a table with chairs for home office or meals, a 50” LG Smart TV, wardrobe, steamer, and air conditioning, as well as a small balcony overlooking Faria Lima Avenue, enclosed by soundproof glass doors and curtains.

- The bathroom offers a hairdryer and gas shower.

We do not provide a garage, but parking is available in a nearby parking lot (at an additional cost).

Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with swimming pool, coworking space, bicycle storage, and gym. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.
