Located in a condominium with a gym, coworking space and 24-hour in person concierge, our apartment accommodates up to 4 people in a double bed and a double sofa bed, in a space of 40m².

We are positioned 400m from Allianz Parque, making it the ideal choice for those who want to take advantage of the events offered at the stadium or for those who want to get to know the region while working.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium does not have a laundry room. It is possible to use a laundry nearby (charges apply).

- The WI-FI network is shared by all apartments on the 3rd floor, therefore, it does not have high speed and may be slow.

We accommodate up to 4 people comfortably in our apartment. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, with the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as microwave, pans, refrigerator, cooktop, among others.

Next, we have a living room with a Smart TV, sofa bed and table with chairs for dining or home office. The balcony has blackout curtains and lounge chairs, connecting the living room and bedroom. There is a queen bed and closets.

We also have high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with gas shower, as well as hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as: gym, games room and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room and swimming pool.
