Our house is located in a gated community with security and accommodates up to 10 people in 5 suites, offering a 300m² space with great comfort.

We are just steps from Juquehy beach, making it the perfect option to enjoy the coast with family or friends without worries. We are also close to the main markets, restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

NOTICE: For every 4 nights booked, the 5th night is free. The promotion is already applied to the reservation price.

- Next to the house, there is another identical house that belongs to the same owner. If you wish to make a reservation for 11 guests or more and use both houses, please check availability directly with our team.

- We do not provide bed linens or towels for free. We can offer a complete kit for all guests upon request and payment of an extra fee of R$1,200.00.

- Small pets are allowed upon request, with a one-time fee of R$200.00.

- You need to climb some stairs to access the suites, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- The condominium offers free beach service with one umbrella and 10 chairs.

- If you need cleaning services during your stay, we can provide a recommendation.

Upon arrival at the house, on the ground floor, guests have access to:

- A spacious and airy living room with a sofa, armchair, and Smart TV, as well as a powder room.

- A kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a comfortable stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, and more, plus a dining table.

- An outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue, mini-fridge, and oven. We also have a small service area with a washing machine and a powder room.

On the first floor, we have:

- Suite 1 with a queen bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and balcony.

- Suite 2 with a king bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and balcony.

- Suite 3 with two single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

- Suite 4 with a queen bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and balcony.

Going up another flight of stairs, we are on the 2nd floor. Here's what guests will find:

- Suite 5 (Master) with king-size bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

- TV room with a sofa bed, desk with chair for home office use, and Smart TV.

- Rooftop terrace with sauna, sun loungers, tables and chairs, and panoramic mountain views.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer.

We provide 3 parking spaces, 2 partially covered and 1 uncovered.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the house.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The Marina Piccola condominium offers luxurious homes in a secure area just steps from Juquehy beach, making it the ideal leisure option in the region.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the rules of the property.

- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- Next to this house, there is another identical house belonging to the same owner. If you wish to book for 11 or more guests and use both houses, please check availability directly with our team.

- PLEASE NOTE: For every 4 nights booked, the 5th night is free. The promotion is already applied to the reservation price.

- Small pets are allowed upon request and payment of a one-time fee of R$200.00.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the suites, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- The standard voltage in the house is 220V. There are no 110V outlets.

- Guests will have free access to all areas of the house.

- The condominium offers free beach service, with a tent and 10 chairs.

- We do not provide linens free of charge. We can offer a complete kit for all guests, upon request and for an extra fee of R$1,200.00.

- If you require cleaning services during your reservation, please contact the cleaning lady Denyze (+55 12 99644-3433). Prices and daily rates must be negotiated directly with her.

- We offer 3 parking spaces, 2 partially covered and 1 uncovered.

- A security deposit of R$2,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances; if there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. It will be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to verification of the unit.

Excelente casa, muito nova e bem equipada. Muito bem localizada próxima da praia e do centro de Juquehy. Fomos em 3 adultos, 2 crianças e um cachorro pequeno e nos atendeu super bem!
