Our house is located in a gated community with security and accommodates up to 10 people in 5 suites, offering 300m² of comfort.

We are just steps from Juquehy beach, making it the ideal choice for enjoying the coast with family or friends. We are also close to the main supermarkets, restaurants, bars and local shops.

- We do not provide linens free of charge. We can provide a complete kit for all guests, subject to prior consultation and payment of an additional fee of R$1,200.00.

- We allow small pets, subject to consultation and payment of an additional fee of R$200.00 per pet.

- Access to the suites requires climbing some stairs, and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- The condominium offers free beach service, with a tent and 10 chairs.

Upon arrival at the house, on the ground floor, guests have access to:

- A spacious and airy living room, equipped with a sofa, armchair, Smart TV, and powder room.

- A kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, and more, as well as a dining table.

- An outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue, mini-fridge, and oven. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine and a powder room.

On the first floor, the following are available:

- Suite 1: queen bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and balcony.

- Suite 2: king bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and balcony.

- Suite 3: two single beds, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

- Suite 4: queen bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and balcony.

Climbing another flight of stairs, you reach the second floor, where guests will find:

- Suite 5 (Master): king-size bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

- TV room with a reclining sofa, desk and chair for home office use, and Smart TV.

- Rooftop terrace with sauna, sun loungers, tables, chairs, and panoramic mountain views.

The house also features high-speed Wi-Fi, an iron, and a hairdryer.

Three parking spaces are available, two partially covered and one uncovered.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the house.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency is responsible for managing this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a property manual, rules, and suggestions for leisure activities in the area.
