Our apartment offers a spacious and fully equipped 100m² area and accommodates up to 7 people in 3 suites. We are located in a gated community with security and leisure area.

The building is situated 300m from Enseada Beach, making it possible to walk there and enjoy leisure time with family or friends, in addition to the various conveniences the city offers in the region.

- We do not provide linens, only pillows. Guests must bring their own bedding, blankets, and towels.

- Small pets are allowed, subject to prior consultation.

- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The building does not have a laundry room. It is possible to use a nearby laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).

In the apartment, guests will find:

- A spacious living room with a sofa, armchair, and TV.

- A large gourmet balcony with a barbecue, dining table with chairs, and ocean views, enclosed with glass.

We offer 2 covered and unmarked parking spaces.

The guest will have free access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and sauna. They will only not have access to the barbecue area and the condominium's gourmet area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The neighborhood is quiet and tree-lined, with complete infrastructure. Besides offering clear sands and waters, Enseada Beach offers businesses such as restaurants, kiosks, bars, and attractions like bicycle rentals, surfboard rentals, jet ski rentals, and more. We are approximately 2km from the Mirante Bela Vista Restaurant, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and nature.

It's easy to get around the city using vehicles or on foot. You can also use ride-sharing apps like Uber.
