Our house accommodates up to 35 people, offering a property with a total area of ​​32,000m², including a swimming pool, party hall, chapel, soccer field, lake, and more.

We are located in a rural area, just 40 minutes from São Paulo and São Roque, where you can enjoy the wine route.

- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.

- We allow small pets, subject to prior consultation and payment of an extra fee of R$100.00 per pet.

- Access to one of the bedrooms and one of the anterooms requires climbing some stairs, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The other bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

Upon arrival at the property, guests will have access to:

- A spacious garden connecting all areas of the property, inviting outdoor activities and featuring a children's playground, a soccer field for group activities, and access to a more secluded area with a small lake, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.

- A small chapel, intended for moments of prayer, reflection, or simply for those seeking a quiet and welcoming space during their stay.

- A fully equipped party room, designed for family and friends to gather, with a barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, sofas, tables and chairs, as well as foosball and a pool table for moments of relaxation. The space also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay.

- An outdoor swimming pool for adults and a children's pool, perfect for days of leisure and relaxation with family.

Entering the house:

- Integrated living and dining room, creating a welcoming environment for everyone to gather, with sofas, TV and dining table, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave and water filter.

- Anteroom on the mezzanine, with a sofa bed, offering extra space for rest or socializing.

- Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

- Bedroom 2: 3 bunk beds and 1 double bed.

- Bedroom 3: 5 bunk beds and 1 double bed.

- Bedroom 4: 3 single beds and 1 double bed.

- 3 bathrooms, all with electric showers.

- Laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and clothesline, facilitating longer stays.

We also have an iron, hair dryer, fan and Wi-Fi.

We offer approximately 30 uncovered parking spaces on the property. We can accommodate various types of larger vehicles, such as buses.

The guest will have free access to all areas of the property.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.
