Our studio is approximately 25m² and comfortably accommodates two people in a double bed. The building has 24-hour on-site security.

The location is next to the Liberdade Market, close to restaurants and Japanese cultural attractions. It is only 400 meters from São Joaquim subway station (Line 1 – Blue).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (a complete set will be available for your stay. Additional changes of linen or towels are available for an extra fee).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (charged separately).

- The building offers a shared OMO laundry facility, with payment made directly on-site.

- There are no safety screens for children, but the balcony has a guardrail, offering added security to the area.

Upon entering, the guest will find:

- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie while holding a valid ID for the seasonal rental agreement, as well as a valid photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) for all guests.

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after this time. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Visitors are not permitted during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

- The standard electrical voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.

- The studio does not have child safety screens. However, the balcony is equipped with safety railings for added protection.

- Guests have access to the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, coworking space, and bicycle storage. Access to the party room is not included.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility. This is a paid service, and payment is made directly on site.

- Bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket are provided. Each reservation includes one complete set of linens for the entire stay. Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

- If you would like additional housekeeping services during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is available for an additional charge.

- The property does not include a parking space. However, paid parking is available nearby and can be arranged directly with the parking facility.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is associated with your reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen incidents. If no issues are identified during the post-checkout inspection, the full amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
