Our studio has approximately 25m² of space and comfortably accommodates 2 people in a double bed. The building has 24-hour security.

The building is located right next to the Liberdade Fair and various Japanese restaurants and cultural attractions. We are just 400m from the São Joaquim metro station (Line 1 – Blue).

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).

- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

Upon entering, guests will find:

- A fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils for a comfortable stay, including a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, and more.

- A studio apartment with a double bed, air conditioning, table and chair for meals or home office use, Smart TV, and curtains.

- A balcony with chairs and city views, which can be enclosed by a glass door.

- A bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi and a steamer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, and bicycle storage. They will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.
