Our studio has a space of approximately 25m² and comfortably accommodates up to 3 people with a double bed and a sofa bed. The building offers a 24-hour front desk service.

We are located just 200m from the Marechal Deodoro subway station (Line 3 – Red) and close to access points to different city spots, such as Allianz Parque, Paulista Avenue, and Memorial da América Latina among others.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).

The studio offers a complete space, with:

- Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, and more.

- Living room with sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, portable air conditioner, and glass windows with blackout curtains.

- Bedroom area with double bed, wardrobe, steamer, and desk with chair for home office use.

- Bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi for those who wish to work from home.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable on-site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym, coworking space, mini-market, and bicycle storage. They will not have access to the party room or barbecue area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.
