The studio accommodates 2 people in a double bed and has a well-utilized space. We are located in a building with 24-hour security and a complete leisure area.

We are next to the Alto do Ipiranga metro station (Line 2 – Green), close to the São Paulo Aquarium and Av. Nazaré, which has various shops and attractions such as the Ipiranga Museum and Independence Park.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply; instructions are available on site).

Upon arrival, guests will find a fully equipped studio with the following layout:

- Kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, air fryer, water filter, cocktail shaker, electric rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle, Nespresso Essenza Mini coffee machine, among other practical utensils for use during your stay.

- Bedroom area with double bed, table with chairs for meals or home office, Smart TV, wardrobe, iron, air conditioning, and glass windows with blackout blinds.

- Bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and coworking space. They will not have access to the barbecue areas or the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.
