Located in a condominium with leisure infrastructure and 24-hour concierge, our studio is ideal for those looking for comfort in a 33m² space, as well as for those who want to get to know the city while working.

It is located in a privileged location just a few steps from the Vila Madalena subway, which is home to one of the most upscale regions of São Paulo, with several conveniences and attractions such as Beco do Batman.


- The condominium has a shared OMO self-service laundry (prices separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The balcony is closed by glass windows and guardrails, ensuring greater security.

- There is work on another building opposite the building that may take place on weekdays. As it is in its final stages and the studio has a glass enclosure, the work does not cause much noise inside the property.


The studio accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed. In the same space, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, hood, electric oven, microwave, water filter, among others, as well as a dining table with chairs. The balcony is integrated into the studio, and has a table with chairs for a home office.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, stools, bathroom with electric shower, closets and Smart TV.

We do not provide a parking space. However, it is possible to park on a street close to the building or in a nearby parking lot.


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool and gym. You cannot use the barbecue area. ATTENTION: The condominium swimming pool is under maintenance. It is not possible to use it at the moment.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport).

- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens in the studio, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- There is a construction on another building opposite the building that may take place on weekdays. As it is in its final stages and the studio has a glass enclosure, the construction does not cause much noise inside the property.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool and gym. You cannot use the barbecue area. ATTENTION: The condominium swimming pool is under maintenance. It is not possible to use it at the moment.

Atenção e cuidado ao alugar com a empresa "Meu Anfitrião". Tivemos problemas com o ralo entupido do box do banheiro desde o primeiro dia, o que nos deixou do dia 13/07 até o dia 16/07, sem tomar banho devido à inundação do box, algo nojento, desconfortável e inviável. Tentamos contato com o anfitrião Vinícius, que nunca nos respondeu. Perdemos quase um dia de estadia esperando a prestadora, que nunca apareceu. As funcionárias (meu anfitrião) do suporte via zap, apenas lamentaram e não resolveram o problema. Só conseguimos resolver a situação após contatar diretamente o Airbnb. O funcionário nos ajudou a cancelar a reserva, reembolsar os dias não utilizados. Tivemos que cancelar a estadia e procurar outro local, perdendo uma tarde e uma manhã de viagem e isso nos prejudicou em todos os sentidos. Além disso, os talheres dentro da gaveta estavam sujos e o sofá, empoeirado. Prestem atenção ao alugar esse imóvel, pois, se tiverem problemas, ficarão desamparados!

A estadia teria sido melhor se o blackout tivesse melhor isolamento, fica muito claro o espaço durante o período da noite.

Estadia excelente. Local muito limpo e bem equipado. Cama confortável. Portaria tranquila. Estação do metrô literalmente em frente ao prédio. Tem purificador de água, vc não precisa ficar comprando água para beber. O prédio tem um mercadinho no térreo. O único inconveniente é que é impossível abrir a única janela/varanda, pois há uma construção de um prédio muito próximo. Mas isso não foi um problema para mim.
