Our apartment is ideal for concerts and games at Allianz Parque or remote work. We comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, with a queen bed and a single sofa bed with a single trundle bed.
The building offers complete amenities, including a gym, coworking space, and 24-hour concierge service, making it ideal for those seeking convenience and a great location in São Paulo.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).
- A washer and dryer are available in the apartment.
Upon entering the apartment, guests have access to:
- A kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, oven, extractor fan, water filter on the tap, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and other necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.
- A living room with a Smart TV, single sofa bed with a single trundle bed, coffee table, table with chairs for meals or a home office, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer.
- A balcony that divides the spaces and has a glass door enclosure and blackout curtains, with chairs and a view of the region, as well as child safety screens.
- A bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and windows with blackout blinds.
- A bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi and an iron.
We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable directly on site).
Guests will have access to the condominium's gym, games room, and coworking space. The pool and party room are not available for use.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, property rules, and tips for leisure activities near the location.

- Parties, events or bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.

- Visitors are prohibited.
- The apartment has child safety nets, ensuring greater security.
- The apartment's standard voltage is 110V. There is only one 220V outlet in the kitchen.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).
- Guests will have access to the building's gym, games room, and coworking space. The swimming pool and party room are not available for use.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to verification of the unit.
