Located 200m from the Brás subway (Line 7–Rubi, 10–Turquoise, 11–Coral and 12–Safira from CPTM and Line 3–Red) and next to Parque Benemérito José Brás, the studio is ideal for those who want to discover city or shopping in the region.
- There are no child protection screens.
- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).
- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).
- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).
- The condominium has a 24-hour market.
Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as a microwave, refrigerator, griddle, rice cooker, among others, as well as a dining table or home office with chairs. In the same room, we have a double bed, Smart TV and a window with a privileged view of the city and blackout curtains.
We also have high-speed WI-FI, a bathroom with electric shower, fan and closets, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have access to all condominium facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym, coworking space, games room and sports court.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
Moov Brás offers studios measuring approximately 23m² in a condominium with a complete leisure area, making it the ideal option for those who want to stay while shopping in the region.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport).
- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- Pets prohibited.
- Smoking Prohibited.
- Visits are prohibited.
- There are no child protection screens.
- The standard voltage in the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

Tive um pequeno inconveniente que atrasou minha entrada, mas a equipe resolveu rapidamente, mesmo sendo de madrugada. O ambiente é bem aconchegante e atende perfeitamente ao proposto. Muito bom, com certeza me hospedaria outras vezes!

Acomodação muito boa, principalmente pelos valores pagos.
Condomínio é muito bom, ao lado do metrô do Brás.
Apartamento extremamente limpo, com cama muito cofortável e chuveiro excelente, ainda mais para estes dias de calor que eu fui.
Cozinha com os equipamentos necessários para quem precisa fazer algo pra comer.
Indico e nas próximas vezes que retornar ao Brás, sempre será uma opção a ser considerada.

lugar muito bom, quarto arrumado com tudo o que disse que tinha. só não gostei do ventilador que era bem fraco. o condomínio também é bem organizado, muito perto do metrô e a rua é muito tranquila e segura.

Lugar super próximo da estação, restaurante, mercado, padaria muito próximo. Cama maravilhosa. Anfitrião respondeu super rápido e foi flexível. Acomodação ótima para 1 ou 2 pessoas e tem o necessário.
