Our studio offers approximately 27m² of space and comfortably accommodates up to 3 people with a double bed and a single trundle bed. The building features 24-hour onsite security.

We are located just 600 meters from Vergueiro subway station (Line 1 – Blue), 550 meters from Paraíso subway station (Line 1 - Blue and Line 2 - Green), and close to major city access points such as Paulista Avenue and 23 de Maio Avenue.



- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows on the balcony, ensuring greater safety.

- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).


The studio offers a fully equipped space, with:

- Full kitchen featuring a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, blender, coffee maker, and electric kettle, among other appliances.

- The studio area includes a double bed with a pull-out single bed, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, air conditioning, wardrobe, iron, and a desk with a chair for a home office, as well as glass windows with blinds.

- Bathroom with a gas-heated shower and hairdryer.

We also provide high-speed Wi-Fi for those who wish to work remotely.

We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car at a nearby 24-hour parking lot (charged separately and paid directly at the location).


The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.

After confirmation of the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their identity document to the firm of the rental contract, as well as a valid identity document with photo of all guests (DNI, driver's license, RNE or passport).

- Noise and loudspeaker use are prohibited after 10:00 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium regulations.

- Parties, events and bachelorette farewells are prohibited.

- Entry to visitors is prohibited.

- Entry to pets is prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- The standard voltage of the studio is 110 V. There are no 220 V plugs.

- There are no mosquito nets, but the study is closed by glass windows for greater safety.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym and coworking space. You will not have access to the party room or the barbacoa area.
