Our apartment offers a space of approximately 27m², accommodating up to 2 guests in a double bed. The condominium has a leisure area and 24-hour on-site security.

The building is located near Avenida Ibirapuera, Moema station (Line 5 – Lilás), and Congonhas airport, connecting you to the city's main attractions, such as Ibirapuera Park and Shopping.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be arranged separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the space.

- The building does not have a shared laundry. You can use a laundry service near the building (charges apply, to be paid directly at the location).

The studio has been prepared and equipped for comfortable and practical stays, featuring the following layout:
