Our apartment offers an environment of approximately 27m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium features a leisure area and 24-hour remote security.

The building is located near Avenida Dr. Arnaldo and Avenida Rebouças, Vila Madalena station (Line 2 – Green), and is close to bars, restaurants, and the Beco do Batman tourist spot.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails to ensure greater safety in the area.

- The condominium does not have a shared laundry facility. You can use a nearby laundry service (additional charges apply, payable directly at the location).

The studio has been prepared and equipped for comfortable and practical stays, featuring the following layout:

- Fully equipped kitchen with minibar, cooktop stove, sink with filtered water, microwave, blender, air fryer, electric kettle, among others.

- Studio area with a double bed, Smart TV, table with chairs for meals or home office, loveseat, glass door with blackout blinds, iron and ironing board, steamer, and air conditioning.

- Balcony separating the rooms with a glass door featuring sound insulation, table with chairs, and Nespresso coffee machine; as well as glass windows with blinds and city view;

- Bathroom with gas-heated shower and hair dryer.

We also offer high-speed WI-FI for those who wish to work from home.

There is no parking space available, but there are paid parking lots nearby (fees are separate, to be arranged directly at the location).

The guest may use the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the coworking space, gym, and spa. The party room and barbecue area are not available for guest use.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including the property manual, house rules, and leisure tips near the area.
