Our space comfortably accommodates 2 people in a queen bed. The studio has 24m² and hot and cold air conditioning. The building offers 24-hour front desk service, a pool, and other amenities.
We are located in one of the main business districts of the city, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and the Morumbi and Market Place malls. Morumbi-Claro train station is just 450 meters away, providing convenient access to the airport.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (a complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the bed linen or towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (this service is charged separately).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, providing added safety to the area.
- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility (this is a paid service, to be arranged directly on site).
Upon arrival at the space, guests have access to:
- Kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils for your stay, including a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, water filter, blender, electric kettle and coffee maker, sandwich maker, among other items.
- Studio with a queen-size bed, table with chairs for work or meals, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, TCL Smart TV, and hot and cold air conditioning.
- Balcony with tables and chairs, city view, glass-enclosed windows, glass door to separate the areas, and blackout curtains.
- Bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available, ideal for those who wish to work from home.
We offer an exclusive parking space for people with disabilities. We do not provide standard parking spaces; however, there are nearby parking options with payment made directly at the location.
The guest can enjoy the condominium's leisure areas, such as the swimming pool, lounge, gym, mini market, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not available.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency is responsible for managing this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including the manual, property rules, and leisure suggestions in the region.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the person responsible for the booking must send a selfie while holding a valid photo ID for the vacation rental agreement. A valid photo ID (ID card, driver's license, residence permit, or passport) must also be provided for all guests.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud noise and the use of speakers are not allowed after this time. Failure to comply may result in a fine, according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.
- The studio does not have child safety screens. However, the balcony is equipped with protective railings for added safety.
- Guests have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, lounge, gym, convenience store, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not permitted.
- Attention: The swimming pool is currently under maintenance and is expected to reopen on May 15, 2026.
- The building offers a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply and must be paid directly on-site). Free open Wi-Fi is available in this area.
- The building is currently undergoing construction. On weekdays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and up to 59 dB between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM. On weekends and public holidays, noise levels of up to 85 dB may occur between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and up to 59 dB between 2:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- One complete set of bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket is provided per stay. Additional linen or towel changes during your stay are available upon request for an extra fee.
- If you would like an additional cleaning service during your stay, please contact our team in advance. Additional charges apply.
- We provide one parking space reserved exclusively for guests with disabilities (accessible parking). Regular parking spaces are not available. Paid public parking is available nearby.

Apartamento impecável — superou as expectativas.
O espaço é extremamente bem cuidado, com atenção aos mínimos detalhes. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e com um padrão de acabamento que transmite conforto e sofisticação. A decoração é de muito bom gosto, criando um ambiente acolhedor e ao mesmo tempo elegante.
A localização é, sem dúvida, um grande diferencial: prática, segura e próxima aos principais pontos da região, o que facilitou muito a estadia.
Comunicação com o anfitrião também foi excelente — ágil, educado e sempre disponível. O Shopping Morumbi ao lado é um enorme diferencial, é o maior de SP!!
Sem dúvidas, um lugar que eu retornaria e recomendaria com confiança. Até breve!
