Our space comfortably accommodates 2 people in a queen bed, with the studio covering 24m². The building has a 24-hour security desk.

We are located in one of the city's major business areas, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls. We are also just 450m from the Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald).

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be booked separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings for increased safety.

- The building offers a shared OMO laundry facility (charges apply, paid directly on site).
