Located a few minutes from the tourist center of Capivari, Casa Switzerland is the ideal place for those who want to spend peaceful days with the family in Campos do Jordão.

With 400m², our house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The entire house has high walls, as well as a complete gourmet space and a garden with views of the mountains.

- There is a caretaker who lives at the back of the property and she is authorized to enter the house daily to remove trash from the bathrooms and kitchen. If you wish to hire additional cleaning services from the caretaker, please coordinate with our team before arrival, as these services must be booked in advance (additional charges apply).

- The property has one medium-sized female dog owned by the proprietor, and the caretaker is responsible for her. When the house is rented, the dog is kept in the laundry area next to the caretaker’s house. She is friendly, but occasionally needs to be let out for her needs. The caretaker will arrange with the guest the best time to let her out, so there is no inconvenience.

- We provide blankets and throws. Guests are required to bring their own bath towels and bed linens. If you wish to have bed linens and towels provided, an additional fee may be charged (please check availability and rates with our team in advance).

- The house has stairs, so it is not recommended for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility.

In the outdoor area, we offer a spacious garden with a view of the sunset over the mountains and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill and pizza oven, located at the top of the stairs at the back of the garage.

Entering the house through the main door on the ground floor, guests will have access to:

- A large living room with a TV and fireplace, as well as armchairs and sofas. Upstairs from the living room, there is a reading room with a sofa.

- Kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils for your stay, such as a stove, refrigerator, microwave, among others, as well as a dining room with a table and chairs and a half bath.

- Bedroom 1 with two single beds, a trundle bed, and a wardrobe.

- Bedroom 2 with a single bed, a trundle bed, and a wardrobe.

- 1 shared bathroom available.

Going up the stairs to the upper floor:

- Bedroom 3 with two single beds, a trundle bed, and a wardrobe, plus another shared bathroom available.

If you need to work from home, we offer WI-FI. There are 4 parking spaces available.

Guests will have access to the entire property, except for the caretaker's house, one of the upstairs bedrooms, and a small attached room where personal belongings are kept, as well as cabinets that remain locked in the bedrooms.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Our house is just a few minutes downhill from the famous gastronomic center of Capivari. Ideal for a family outing, this European-influenced neighborhood has a wide variety of restaurants, bars and chocolate shops, as well as hosting various cultural performances in the well-known acoustic shell of the square.

As we are close to the center, it is possible to do many things on foot with tranquility and safety. As it is a mountainous region, for more distant trips, it is recommended to use a car.
