We are close to Avenida Santo Amaro, which provides access to many of the city's main attractions. We are also just a few minutes by car from Congonhas Airport and the Morumbi and Market Place malls, making this the ideal option for convenience and leisure during your stay.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change linens or towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).

- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.

- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
