We accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed, with a total space of 20m². We are located in a condominium with a gym and 24-hour on-site security.

The building is near Avenida Ibirapuera, Moema Station (Line 5 – Lilás), and Congonhas Airport, offering easy access to main city spots such as the Shopping Mall and Ibirapuera Park.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, this service must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, providing greater safety for the space.

- The building does not have a shared laundry. You may use a nearby laundry facility (additional charges apply, payment made directly at the location).
