Our apartment features a spacious 49m² layout and accommodates up to 3 people with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is located in a condominium with complete leisure facilities and 24-hour on-site security.

We are close to the business center on Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima and only 350m from the Faria Lima metro station (Line 4 – Yellow), making it the ideal option for business travelers seeking a strategic location.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- The balcony is equipped with child safety screens, ensuring greater security in the area.

- The condominium features a shared OMO laundry (additional charges apply, paid directly on site).

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have:

The guest may use the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gym, dry sauna, steam sauna, coworking space, tennis court, 24-hour minimarket, and lounge. The party room and barbecue area are not available for guest use.
