Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a queen bed in a practical setting. We are located in a condominium with complete leisure facilities and 24-hour on-site security.

We are right next to Avenida Rebouças and the Oscar Freire metro station (Line 4 – Yellow), with easy access to important city streets such as Rua da Consolação, Rua Augusta, and Avenida Paulista.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service can be booked for an additional fee).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- The studio does not have child safety screens but is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the space.

- The building offers a shared Dryclean laundry facility (services are paid separately, directly on site).

Upon entering, the guest will find:

- A fully equipped kitchen with the most practical utensils and appliances for your stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, capsule coffee machine, among others.

- Studio space with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, Samsung Smart TV, cushioned bench, table and chairs for meals or home office, and enclosed with glass windows and blackout blinds.

- Bathroom with gas-heated shower and hair dryer.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi for those who need to work remotely.

We do not offer parking spaces. It is possible to use the building's paid parking (fees not included, payment directly at the location).

The guest may use the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, mini-market, coffee shop, and bike rack. The party room and barbecue area are not available for use.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips near the location.
