In a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge, our 23m² studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.
We are located close to Allianz Parque and Palmeiras-Barra Funda station (Line 3-Red, Line 7-Rubi and Line 8-Diamante), being ideal for those who want to enjoy the biggest events, shows and games that the stadium has to offer while it is possible to easily get around to different areas of the city.
- ATTENTION: It is necessary to send the registration data of all guests 12 hours in advance, meeting the condominium's requirements for release at the time of check-in.
- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).
- There are no child protection screens, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).
Upon entering the space, guests will have access to a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, microwave, extractor hood, cooktop stove, water filter, Nespresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, air fryer, among others, as well as a dishwasher. The balcony is integrated into the studio and has a dining table, glass windows, blackout blinds, and views of the city.
We also have a bathroom with a gas shower, a desk for home office, Smart TV, air conditioning, an electric oil heater, and high-speed WIFI.
We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as: swimming pool, gym, coworking space and rooftop. You will not have access to the condominium's other leisure facilities. The swimming pool is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance, except when the current Wednesday is a holiday. Children under 12 years of age are prohibited from circulating in the pool area and using it according to condominium rules.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (RG, CNH, RNE or Passport).
- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

Apartamento ótimo com tudo que você precisa. É na frente de um shopping, o que facilita bastante pra comprar comida e ir em restaurantes, mas não dá pra atravessar a rua muito fácil.

Tive uma experiência maravilhosa durante minha estadia. O apartamento era limpo e organizado, oferecendo todo o conforto necessário, e o prédio estava em excelentes condições. Me senti acolhido desde a chegada. Sugiro a disponibilização de uma tag ou cartão para acesso ao prédio, o que tornaria a entrada mais prática. Recomendo o local e certamente voltaria a me hospedar. Para quem quer ir ao Allianz Parque, pegue esse! As meninas do time de reservas são atenciosas e rápidas, e o apartamento fica pertíssimo do estádio, só atravessar a rua. Exatamente como nas fotos, eu achei maravilhoso, vale a pena.

O apartamento atendeu as nossas necessidades, pequeno e confortável, cozinha bem equipada e perto do Allianz. Fomos a SP para ver um show e não podíamos ter escolhido melhor, não era nem 10 minutos caminhando até o estádio.

já fiquei em vários estúdios na região de perdizes, sem dúvidas foi o melhor que fiquei em termos de estrutura, quando cheguei fiquei um pouco chateado pq não havia o mini mercado no prédio, mas por sorte 2 dias depois da nossa chegada instalaram um mini mercado, o apartamento é extremamente aconchegante e muito bem estruturado com armários, uma TV enorme, uma boa mesa para refeições e trabalho, um banheiro grande com água ducha forte e muito quente, mas para mim o sensacional foi a estrutura da cozinha com vários utensios para o uso diário. todas as vezes que eu retornar e acredito que serão muitas, irei fazer questão de primeiro verificar a disponibilidade deste local.

Apto extremamente novo, com ótimos eletrodomésticos e bem planejado. Chuveiro bom, cozinha com bom espaço e TV grande. Boa localização também, além do prédio possuir uma ótima estrutura. Única coisa que fica a título de sugestão de melhoria é a troca da frigideira, panelas e espátulas, pois o alimento gruda em seu fundo quando utilizados.

Everything I needed and a great value.
They were quick to respond to all my questions and very helpful throughout the whole process.
This is small and not a deal-breaker, but I would have liked to have a real clothes iron. The steam iron works just OK. Plus, the hangers being "steal proof" make it difficult to hang the clothes outside the closet to steam iron them.
