Air-conditioned suite opposite the Allianz

We accommodate up to 4 people in an 18m² suite located in a house with shared facilities.

We are located in front of Allianz Parque and just 2 km from the Barra-Funda metro station (Lines 3 - Red, 7 - Rubi and 8 - Diamante). This way, you can enjoy all the shows and games that the stadium offers, with easy access to get around the city.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house and the suite, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- It is possible to rent the barbecue in the common area (prices are additional). It is not permitted to use the space without prior authorization and payment.

- We provide laundry services (prices are additional). It is not permitted to use the space without prior authorization and payment.

The suite is connected. Upon entering, guests will have access to the bedroom area, which has 2 single beds and a bunk bed, as well as a fan, closets, table and chairs for a home office. On the other side of the suite, we have a single bed, closets, fan and table and chair for a home office, as well as a bathroom with an electric shower.

In the courtyard, we have a barbecue area with TV, toilet and laundry room. Next, we have the living area, with a sofa, bench and chairs for dining or home office and TV with cable channels. The shared kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, water filter, among others. Bar Finestra is right next to the house, making it possible to enjoy it on football game days or shows at Allianz Parque.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to Casa Finestra's common area, such as the patio and living area.
