Our 24m² studio is ideal for up to 3 people, with a comfortable queen-size bed and a practical sofa bed. It is located in a fully equipped condominium, with a leisure area, 24-hour concierge and even an Oxxo supermarket right at the entrance of the building — ideal for your convenience.

The location is also a highlight: we are just 300 meters from Shopping Frei Caneca, 800 meters from Higienópolis-Mackenzie station (Line 4 – Yellow) and 1 km from Consolação station (Line 2 – Green).

- We offer a complete set of linens per stay, including bed linen, bath towels and blankets. If you wish to have your linens or towels changed during your stay, this service can be arranged separately.

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is optional and has an additional cost.

- Please note: the apartment does not have child safety screens.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room, OMO, which is practical and modern. Use is charged separately, with instructions available on site.

Upon entering the studio, guests will find a kitchen equipped with everything they need for a practical and comfortable stay: refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo POP coffee maker, water filter and other essential utensils.

The balcony with glass door and blackout curtains separates the spaces, ensuring light during the day and privacy at night.

We do not offer a parking space, but there is a parking lot in front of the building with an additional charge.

The other leisure areas in the condominium are not available for use by guests.
