Our studio is approximately 19m² and accommodates up to 3 people with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The building offers a leisure area and 24-hour on-site security.

The building is just 350m from Santa Cruz mall-subway (Line 1 – Blue and Line 5 - Lilac), offering the ideal mix of leisure and convenience. We are also close to São Paulo Hospital and Ibirapuera Park.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional fees apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, providing increased safety for the space.

- The building offers a shared OMO laundry facility (fees are separate and paid directly at the location).

Upon entering the studio, guests can enjoy:

- Kitchen equipped with essential items for your stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, and other utensils.

- Studio space featuring a double bed, single sofa bed, air conditioning, LG Smart TV, wardrobe, table with chairs for dining or home office use, and glass window closure with sound insulation and blackout blinds.

- Bathroom with gas-heated shower.

We do not offer parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car at a nearby parking lot (fees apply, to be arranged directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym, coworking space, lounge area, mini market, and bike storage. Access to the party room and barbecue area will not be permitted.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the property manual, house rules, and leisure tips for nearby locations.
