We can accommodate up to 2 guests in a double bed, in a space of 25m². The studio is located in a gated community with 24-hour doorman.
We are just 300 meters from Oscar Freire station (Line 2 - Yellow) and 1km from Avenida Paulista, one of the most famous tourist spots in the city, with attractions such as the Japan House and Casa das Rosas.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. A complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to have them changed during your stay, you will need to hire this service separately.
- Additional cleaning services can be requested during your stay. To do this, please contact our team in advance (service charged separately).
- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it is completely enclosed by glass windows, offering greater security.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room, with a charge made directly on site.
- To access the condominium entrance, you need to climb some stairs, so the place is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
Upon entering the studio, guests will find a dining table with chairs. Immediately following, there is a kitchen equipped with the essential utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among other items.
The space also has a large bathroom, adapted for people with disabilities, and has a gas shower. For greater comfort, we also offer a Smart TV, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.
There are no parking spaces available on site, but it is possible to use nearby parking lots.
Guests have free access to the condominium's leisure areas, which include a swimming pool, gym and coworking space.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- It is not permitted to make noise or use speakers after 10 pm. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine, according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are not permitted.
- External visits are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.

Ótima localização e com um ótimo preço também. A região tem restaurantes incríveis nas proximidades e que podem facilmente ser visitados a pé. O quarto é confortável e nos atendeu muito bem.

Estadia perfeita! Excelente localização, acomodação super limpa e anfitrião atencioso, cordial e pró-ativo. Porteiros e faxineiras receptivos e educados, o que é um diferencial, visto que isso não ocorre com frequência em outros espaços. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

A estadia foi muito boa, o apartamento era confortável, organizado e bem equipado com eletrodomésticos. Apesar do ar-condicionado não estar funcionando, o ventilador disponível foi mais que o suficiente, era potente e nos serviu perfeitamente (parecia até que gelava, risos). Tudo incrível e pela ótima localização na cidade, recomendo demais :DD
