Our studio has an area of approximately 25m² and comfortably accommodates 2 people in a double bed. The building offers 24-hour front desk service.
The building is located right next to the Liberdade Fair and several restaurants and Japanese cultural attractions. We are only 400 meters from the São Joaquim subway station (Line 1 – Blue).
We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately). If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply). The building has a shared laundry area OMO (fees apply, payable on site). There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails to ensure greater safety in the area.
Upon entering, the guest will find:
- A fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils for a functional stay, such as a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, among others.
- Studio with a double bed, air conditioning, TCL TV, and curtains.
- Balcony with chairs and a city view, which can be closed off by a glass door.
- Bathroom with a gas-powered shower and hairdryer.
We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi.
Parking is not available, but it is possible to park your car at a nearby parking lot (additional fees apply, paid directly at the location).
The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, and bike rack. They will not have access to the party room.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, house rules, and leisure tips near the location.

- After booking confirmation, the person responsible for the booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental contract and send a valid photo ID of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or Passport).
- Noise and loudspeakers are prohibited after 10 PM. Violation will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- The standard voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- There are no child safety nets, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, coworking space and bicycle storage. They will not have access to the party room.
- The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).
- We do not have parking spaces available, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will cover any unforeseen circumstances. If there are no unforeseen circumstances, there will be no extra charges. This deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, subject to verification of the unit.
