Located in a condominium with 24-hour onsite security and leisure facilities, such as coworking space and a mini-market. Our 30 m² studio with an integrated balcony accommodates 2 guests.

We are in the Butantã area, close to major roads, subway stations, shops, and various conveniences. The region offers easy mobility, extensive infrastructure, and quick access to green areas, business centers, and service hubs in western São Paulo.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater security for the space.

- The condominium has a shared laundry facility OMO (additional charges apply).

In the studio, we have soundproof glass windows and high-speed WI-FI, with the following features:

- Kitchen equipped with a portable cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, and other functional items for a comfortable stay.

- The studio also includes a double bed, Samsung Smart TV, wardrobe, full-length mirror, and iron.

- Built-in balcony with a table and chairs for meals or home office use, plus curtains.

- Bathroom with electric shower and hairdryer.

We do not offer parking spaces, but you can park your car at a nearby parking lot (fees apply).

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as the Hirota minimarket, laundry, and coworking space. Access to the pool, playground, and gym areas is not permitted.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all necessary information for your stay, such as a manual, house rules, and leisure tips near the location.
