Our studio offers comfort and convenience in a 23m² space, ideal for up to 2 people. The space has a cozy double bed and is located in a secure condominium with 24-hour doorman.

Just 300 meters from Oscar Freire station (Yellow Line) and 1 km from Paulista Avenue, you will be in one of the most strategic areas of the city — perfect for exploring tourist attractions, working easily and getting around São Paulo quickly.

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, offering greater safety to the environment.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. A complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you require additional changes, an additional fee will be charged.

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance. The service is offered for an additional fee.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room. Use is paid separately, with instructions available directly on site.

- It is necessary to climb a few flights of stairs to access the condominium entrance, therefore the place may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

- It is possible to store your luggage free of charge in the building's 24-hour luggage storage area; simply identify yourself at the reception desk. However, check-in is only possible from the time stipulated in your reservation.

- The condominium provides breakfast (at an additional cost).

Upon entering, guests will find a kitchen equipped with everything they need for a practical stay, including a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and other utensils. The balcony is enclosed with glass doors and blackout curtains, has a lounge chair and offers a pleasant view of the city.

There is no parking space on site, but there are paid parking lots nearby.
